Radionuclides and radiation sources are packed in glass vials type Duoseal P11 or other glass vials, which are closed by seals and metallic overseals. Each vial should be placed in a separate lead container, which is placed in a hermetic metallic box and then in an outer cardboard box covered with moisture-proof tape.
Transport packages is marked under the IAEA regulations, when air transported labeling are made in compliance with the IATA regulations. Each packaging contains packing list and quality certificate.

Figure 1 shows P11 Duoseal vial.
Figure 2 shows the scheme of internal packaging: (a) - P11 Model glass vial or other glass vial, which is placed in a shielding KT Model lead container (b) and packed in a hermetically closed metallic can (c).
Figure 3 shows the general view of a standard package.
